Cancellation and refund policies

NOTE: Scheduled workshops may be cancelled or postponed with short notice for many reasons including severe weather, illness and emergency. Full refunds are only available for purchases within 72 hours of checkout. Groupon customers should always contact Groupon for their refund requests. Store credit or rescheduling is our policy after 72 hours from initial purchase. Direct refunds are not available after that period, although the funds may be disputed with third party payment processor/vendor dispute resolution teams at Groupon or Peek. This is procedurally necessary because vendors retain a significant portion of your payment for their services and we also don’t have any access to your payment account information as a Groupon customer.
