Payment disputes handled by third party vendors GROUPON or PEEK depending how you paid. Rescheduling and/or credit voucher code is policy in every case. No exceptions. Purchase constitutes agreement to all policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Scheduled workshops subject to last minute change/cancellation from many factors outside of our control including weather, illness, equipment issues, power outages, emergencies and more. Affected groups are sent codes to reschedule when the issue has passed. We are not immune to chaos, and refuse to be financially responsible for it.
